We offer a standard range of cost-effective EMC Chambers in 3m, 5m and 10m format. Additionally, we offer a bespoke design service for custom made chambers specific to client requirements. EMC Chambers may be accompanied by the following specialist components: -
Knowledge and experience enables us to relocate or extend any older modular EMC chamber regardless of origin, from Belling Lee L3000, Rayproof System 81, and MPE to Siemens panel systems.
We also provide Coreshield product upgrades to older chambers, new doors, waveguides and ventilation systems all manufactured in the UK.
Planned maintenance programs will maximise product design life and performance.
To maintain high quality we use only, power, telephone and data filter systems manufactured in the UK.
Project example
A leading company in worldwide gaming technology became aware that they were spending ever increasing amounts on pre compliance testing.
They appreciated that an in-house EMC facility would enable them to carry out most of the pre compliance work themselves.
This chamber became cost neutral over a relatively short period of time and offered the benefit of greater development flexibility for the company.
This high-performance, free standing modular chamber was complete with: -
- One single leaf knife edge door having a clear opening of 2m x 1m operated by a manual multi point latch.
- One removable panel (3m x 2m) enabling access for larger Items.
- Electrical filters for both power and lighting.
- External support structure.
- Ventilation waveguides.
